Make-up artist Dimple Fortallejo, with lovely model Megan Keziah Esteban, proved that beauty is more than skin deep to win the Hair & Make-Up Competition during Day One of the three-day 8th Antipolo Wedding Fair (March 1 to 3, 2024) at Robinsons Antipolo.
The pair won ₱10,000 as prize for coming in first in the competition.
Make-up artist John Patrick Gammad and model Simoune Han Dupet won second place and ₱7,000 cash prize while make-up artist Dexter Solero and model Maria Martina Puno took home third place and ₱7,000 cash prize.
Fortallejo expressed gratitude and pride for winning the competition.
“Winning the championship in this contest can be a huge accomplishment and a source of immense pride and joy. It shows that all the hard work, dedication, and talent have paid off, and it can create a sense of validation and recognition for one’s skills and abilities. It can be a truly exhilarating and fulfilling experience to be hailed the champion in this competition,” Fortallejo said.
