The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Jose, led by SK Chairman Doc Monte Tolentino, rewarded four SK scholars who graduated with Latin honors with cash incentives.

“Isang pagbati sa mga SK scholar ng Barangay San Jose. Gusto ko lang pong batiin ang ating mga scholar na naka graduate ng BS Education. Proud na proud kami sa inyo,” said the SK Chairman.

The four each received ₱5,000 cash from the SK Chairman. They previously received cash scholarship assistance from the San Jose SK during their studies.

The four scholars completed Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English at ICCT Colleges Foundation, Inc.

They are: Jessa Mae E. Dalimag, 22, resident of Sitio PCU-RPG Ville, Barangay San Jose, who graduated Magna Cum Laude; Jhon Dexter C. Reyes, 23, Sitio Singalong, Barangay San Jose, Magna Cum Laude; Eduardo Abaño III, 22, Sitio Singalong, Barangay San Jose, Magna Cum Laude; and Emmanuel Girado, 22, Sta. Elena Village, Barangay San Jose, Cum Laude.   

And although they’ve already graduated, Tolentino assured the scholars that the San Jose SK will continue to support them especially when they review for the board examinations for teachers.

“Asahan ninyong hindi dito nagtatapos ang serbisyong ibibigay namin sa inyo. Sa mga susunod pong buwan kung may review center pa kayong papasukan pwede rin kayong lumapit sa amin. Pumunta lang kayo sa office namin dito sa Barangay San Jose,” said Tolentino.

“Maraming maraming salamat po. Sana po ay suportahan ninyo ang iba pa naming programa. Muli po, congratulations sa ating mga scholar ng barangay San Jose.”
