Fontana Development Corporation, a locator inside the Clark Freeport recently turned over P55,850 worth of cash donations to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) which will be used to help the affected families of Typhoon Odette.
The said donations were accumulated from Fontana Leisure Park’s handcrafted Christmas decors made from indigenous materials that were sourced from Fontana’s vicinity and were given in support of Clark Development Corporation’s (CDC) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
CDC President and CEO Manuel R. Gaerlan witnessed the simple turnover ceremony together with CDC Vice President for Admin and Finance Engr. Mariza O. Mandocdoc and CDC Assistant Vice President for External Affairs Rommel C. Narciso (2nd from left).
With them were Fontana Development Corporation Senior Manager for External Affairs Poy Lorenzo, DSWD Regional Resource and Logistics Management Section Chief Romar Y. Magat, DSWD Regional Information Officer Reiner Grospe, and DSWD Donations Unit Head Jessica Mae A. Yabut.
