The Philippine Identification System-Rizal underwent a two-day Registration Center Assessment (RCA). It was facilitated by Registration Officer (RO) I Bernadette R. Piloton, Information System Analyst (ISA) I Cris Jerico D. Lledo and with the assistance of Rizal PhilSys Focal Person Patrick Leonard P. Roxas.

RO I Piloton of Identity Validation Division and ISA I Lledo of Information and Cybersecurity Division served as the evaluators on the conduct of the RCA. The purpose of this activity is to identify and address issues, concerns, and challenges at PhilSys Registration Centers (RCs). In order to ensure that the RCs adhere to the minimum standards, rules, regulations, and policies as stipulated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). The evaluators also assessed the processes in Philippine Identification System- Rizal Partakes in the Two-day activity.

The PhilSys Registration Centers that underwent the on-site evaluation are: PSA Fixed Registration Center (G/F Budgetlane Shopping Center, Circumferential Road, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City); SM Masinag (2 nd Floor, Marcos Highway, Brgy. Mayamot, Antipolo City); Tanay Park (Brgy. Plaza Aldea, Tanay, Rizal); and Tanay Town Center (Sampaloc Road, Brgy. Plaza Aldea, Tanay, Rizal).

The two-day RCA addressed the experiences of PhilSys field personnel from PhilSys Registration, ePhilID Issuances and Delivery of Return-to-Sender PhilIDs.

Additionally, the PSO’s best practices and strategies that contributed to the success of PhilSys’ activities, as well as the grievances, that the PhilSys personnel experienced were highlighted.
