Barangay San Jose Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman Doc Monte Tolentino continued to reach out to the community through the Community Kumustahan visiting Sitio Abuyod of Barangay San Jose.

The visit continued the process of actually visiting the far-off sitios of Barangay San Jose to find out their concerns, possible problems and aspirations. And mostly just to touch bases and let the community know that they are neither forgotten nor neglected.

“Maraming research ang nagsasabi na nagpapaganda ng kalusugan at nagpapahaba ng buhay ang pagiging masayahin. Shout po sa mga nakasama namin sa Sitio Abuyod dahil pinasaya n’yo kami sa pakikiisa sa ating community kumustahan. Thank you po kasi pinapahaba n’yo ang buhay namin. Gusto rin po naming happy kayo para humaba rin ang buhay ninyo,” said Doc Monte.

Barangay San Jose is one of the largest barangays not just in Rizal Province but the entire country. It’s large area and big population actually is comparable to many towns and municipalities in the Philippines.

It is therefore necessary to periodically reach out to the community in the far off sitios of the barangay not just during elections but regularly to find out the most urgent concerns of the residents there.

“Masayang-masaya po kami kasi ramdam namin ang init ng pagmamahal ng mga taga-San Jose. Sa katunayan, parami ng parami ang mga nakikiisa sa ating mga small town hall meetings at aktibong nagbabahagi ng kanilang experiences at challenges. Maraming salamat po. Here’s to more masayang kumustahan!” said Doc Monte.
