Tindahang Rizalenyo Trade Fair, a showcase of the best products of Rizal Province, was launched at WalterMart Antipolo by the Department of Trade and Industry-Rizal in cooperation with Samahan ng mga Rizalenyo sa Sektor ng Agrikultura at Pagkain (SARAP), Inc.

       The trade fair of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) producing local products including food items, clothes, bags, shoes, herbal supplements and so much more is held at the Ground Floor of WalterMart Antipolo, June 10 to 19, 2022.

       Leading the launch were Rizal Vice Governor Junrey San Juan (representing Rizal Governor Nini Ynares), DTI OIC Regional Director Marissa C. Argente, DTI-Rizal Provincial Director Desiderio G. Jurado III, SARAP President Charo Ola and Councilor Susan Garcia Say (representing Antipolo Mayor Andeng Ynares).

       San Juan praised SARAP members for helping revive the economy through activities like the Tindahang Rizalenyo Trade Fair as the public recovers from the pandemic.

        “It’s (trade fair) a unique platform for promoting our province, its people, its culture and its products. This is another initiative in strengthening buyers’ confidence in the quality of Rizal-made products,” said San Juan.

       Argente invited the public to support the trade fair of MSMEs of Antipolo and Rizal.

        “Kasama po dito ang mga MSME na bumabandera sa mga produkto dito sa lalawigan ng Rizal. Inaanyayahan ko po na pumunta dito ang ating pamilya, ang ating pong mga kaibigan, ang mga tagapag taguyod po ng ating ekonomiya, mga kasamahan sa pamahalaan at iba pong agencies,” said Argente.

       Also present during the launch were PCCI Antipolo President Bryant Kim An, Waltermart Antipolo Manager Ben Baldo, Jr., SARAP’s Jinggay Lejano, Rizal Exporters and Manufacturers Association Inc. (REMAI) President Dante Caoile, Paynamics General Manager Mark Joseph Panganiban, former DTI PD Mercy Parreño, DTI-Rizal Division Chief Sharon Fojas-Dioco and SARAP, DTI and Antipolo City officials.
