The Antipolo City Serbisyo Caravan made another community happy when they visited to bring government health and welfare services right to the doorsteps of Antipolo residents.

The city unit went to the Ynares Village, Sitio Habitat, Barangay San Jose recently to provide health and dental services, a feeding program, cleanliness drive and similar essential services.

Among the services provided were free dental checkup and tooth extraction, free pneumonia and flu vaccination for senior citizens as well as free haircut and massage.

The caravan also conducted community disinfection, tree pruning, linis creek, street cleaning, pedestrian lane and curb painting, mosquito fogging/fumigation, dog trapping and anti-Rabies vaccination.

The Serbisyo Caravan also brought government services to the residents. These included mobile Birth Certificate registration, mobile application for senior citizen and PWD IDs, mobile job hiring and other concerns.

There was even a mobile kitchen for everyone.

Keeping your pets up to date on their rabies vaccination will prevent them from acquiring the disease from wildlife, and thereby prevent possible transmission to your family or other people.

Controlling rabies is critically important to prevent human deaths and alleviate its burden in animal species and on local and national economies.        Canine vaccination against rabies has been shown to dramatically reduce the number of cases in dogs, the incidence of human animal-bite injuries (and hence the demand for costly post-exposure prophylaxis) and the likely number of human cases, primarily in children. #OplanBayanihan #SharingIsCaring #antipoloserbisyocaravan2022
