The City Government of Antipolo teamed up with Madriaga’s Catering & Food Service, Inc., as well as wedding suppliers and stakeholders to hold the Antipolo Grand Food Tasting at Robinsons Place Antipolo.
Antipolo Tourism Office Head Mar Bacani said the event is meant to promote Antipolo as the premier wedding destination not only in Antipolo and Rizal but the entire country. All the wedding suppliers and stakeholders from events planners and wedding venues including hotels, resorts and restaurants to photographers and caterers were represented.
Even the Local Civil Registrar’s Office was around to help address any marriage license inquiries according to Bacani.
More than 600 couples attended the event which featured booths by business partners which cater to all the needs of couples planning to hold weddings.
The event was a one-stop-shop featuring wedding suppliers for gowns, hair and make-up artists, photo and video operators and events coordinators.
Partners during the event include R.IDesign, Flowers by Edmar, A and Z Events Management, Udessa Mag-atas Hair and Make-up Studio, Nycko Zapanta Designs, Khimy Borja Events, Kylix Events & Promotions, Erwin D., the Singing Host, Prime Lens Digital Studio, Moderne Events Management and Four Thirteen Blend.
Other partners include Poytobooth Avenue, Donut Wall by Hazel, Venue Victoria, Casa Fuentes Events Place, Villa Ardin, Jamesville Resort and Hotel, The Garden Hive, Le Blanc Hotel and The Grounds Resort.
Also part of the event are The Emerald, La Huerta Estate, The Banquet Hall, Sitio Elena Garden at the Alley and L’Orchard Garden Venue, Appetite Band, Ryan Fortaleza, Anyayahan Lights & Sounds, Darah Mae Deang as well as musicians Nicko Pilar and Ferdie Samson.
